Our Services
talent pipeline
Talent Pipeline Program works with talent-supportive-based organisations to develop and apply the infrastructure for export preparedness.
This helps to form the basis for greater impact and sustainability of programs, sector mapping, consideration of cultural sensitivities, and talent engagement.
artists growth plan
Artists Growth Plans cultivate export readiness while working with defined platforms within the UK Black music industry specialism.
This helps to extend sector opportunities and increase global reach with partners and organisations invested in the Black music genre, talent, and culture.
international Relations
An exciting opportunity towards internationalisation and export model development. Benefits include increasing talent opportunities, increasing tourism awareness, contributing to the local economy, and strengthening the music infrastructure.
We work with creative arts & events, government bodies and cultural bodies to liaise and build long-term relations with the Caribbean, Americas, Sub-Saharan Africa and wider Europe to engage with the export of UK Black music while considering genre representation, cultural sensitivity, international stakeholder engagement and music economy.

“I feel inspired by the formation and launch of BLACMEX. This organisation will provide a much needed service, in an authentic and impactful way, that will contribute to the careers and opportunities for Black British music, music creators and industry professionals, and through that the UK music industry as a whole. BLACMEX can be a progressive force that dovetails with many other initiatives and interventions that have made measurable change by focusing on actualising true equality and equity for Black British music creators and industry professionals.”
